I grew up in Tucson, Arizona and by the age of 5 I knew two things for sure: I loved to dance, and I loved the Arizona Wildcats. During high school I also participated in volleyball and cheer, but dance always played a huge roll in my life. I competed for 12 years nationwide and received multiple titles with my dance studio including being a national jazz solo champion for 6 consecutive years. I also work for the Universal Dance Association (UDA) where I get to travel and teach dance camps for numerous high school teams. I always imagined myself attending the University of Arizona, and after graduating from Ironwood Ridge High School I decided Arizona would be the best place for me to pursue my degree in Nutritional Sciences. I became a part of the Pomline my freshmen year and it has been surreal experience ever since. Being able to dance on the sidelines and cheer on a school I’ve loved my whole life is the best feeling!
