AUDITION APPLICATION

Thank you so much for your interest in the Arizona Pomline. Auditions will take place on April 12-13, 2024 in McKale Center.

Audition Candidates: The following items must be completed in order for your application to be processed:

1. All fields with an asterisk “*” are required.
2. Please name your full color headshot FirstName_LastName. This must be a headshot and not a full body image.
3. Upon completion of filling out this form, Coach Adrienne will email you with STEP 2 of your audition application. This includes steps on how to pay the $45 audition fee. Coach Adrienne will email you within 48 hours of your application submission.

Graduating High School Students: Must fill out this application in order to be considered for the 2024-2025 Arizona Pomline.
