I have been dancing since the age of 3 and began competing at 5. As a freshman, I was a member of the JV pom team and was honored to receive MVP. I went on to dance on varsity for the next three seasons at Pinnacle High School, where I was again named MVP my junior year and was nominated as team captain my senior year. My junior year we won nationals at USA in both pom and jazz and my senior year we then competed at UDA nationals for the first time in program history and made it to finals and had two top 20 finishes.

A fun fact about me is that I really love doing math. Even though I’m not in a really advanced class, I enjoy the feeling of solving a problem start to finish and the adrenaline I get before taking a test. There is something about finding the missing piece that genuinely makes me happy.
