Kate has been dancing since she was three years old on both competitive and high school teams. She was a member of Seaholm High School’s Varsity Dance Team as well as in National Honors Society during her Junior and Senior years of high school. While competing with her studio, Next Level Dance Center, she trained in various different styles and won multiple national titles with both group dances, duos, trios, and solos. During high school, Kate was a school spirit leader or as her school called it, a “forest leader” as their mascot was a maple leaf. Currently, Kate is studying business management hoping to specify her major into marketing in the next couple of years. She already has a love for her team and can’t wait to see what her rookie year will hold!
