I have been dancing for 16 years, training in ballet, hip hop, jazz, lyrical, pom, and gameday. I grew up dancing at my local studio and began competing when I was seven, winning multiple regional competitions. My freshman year of high school, I made the varsity Ralston Valley High School Poms team. I was a Pom for all four years and a captain for two years, dancing at my school’s football and basketball games and competing at UDA regional and national competitions. My senior year I helped lead my team to become State Champions in the gameday division and UDA National Finalists. I was also awarded First Team All State, Four Year Letter Winner and Outstanding Winter Sport Athlete. I now attend the University of Arizona and have had the incredible opportunity to dance on the Arizona Pomline for my rookie season.
